The London Olympics are slowly approaching and what better way to celebrate all the nations coming together to compete for the gold, silver, and bronze than taking a trip down memory lane all the way to Beijing. Whoever saw the opening ceremonies in 2008 can agree that it was by far one of the best spectaculars ever!! I was lucky enough to go to the Olympic Park one year later. Now in 2012 it was all about London. Although it was still under construction and didn't compare to the crazy creations in China, it was still pretty nifty! If anyone decides to go, there is a Westfield mall right across so I highly suggest you go there, their Forever 21 and H&M are insane!!! I also recommend a Mexican restaurant called Wahaca, food's awesome and they give you chili seeds at the end of your meal! Here is a look at the London Olympic Park even before the media got a hold of it!
